General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Johnlobb.com website
Orders may only be placed with the johnlobb.com website by individual consumers and corporations purchasing products other than for resale. Any resale or distribution of products purchased on johnlobb.com website is strictly prohibited.
The johnlobb.com website is destined to consumers domiciled in the United States of America. Consumers domiciled in other countries may purchase products offered at the johnlobb.com website, provided that they comply with the Terms and Conditions of Use and that delivery is destined to a customer domiciled in the United States (except in Alaska and Hawaii); such purchases to be understood as the result of passive sales made by johnlobb.com website.
For each order on johnlobb.com website, your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the date of the order will be requested.
Purchase - Terms of ordering
The johnlobb.com website may be used to order a selection of products from John Lobb, directly online via the Internet.
You may also place your order by telephone on by dialling +1 (714) 662 3300 from Monday to Sunday, 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. EST, from anywhere within the United States, excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and all other U.S. possessions and territories situated outside North America.
The delivery zone for John Lobb products ordered via the Johnlobb.com website is restricted to the United States, excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and all other U.S. possessions and territories situated outside North America (see "Delivery zone").
For each product selected on the johnlobb.com website, a summary page will be displayed automatically featuring a photograph of the item, its colouring and references, the quantity selected, its unit price and the total amount owed for your order. You should check that this information accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order. Upon confirmation, your order will be submitted to John Lobb for processing (see "Purchase order confirmation").
Please be advised that orders are subject to availability of the John Lobb products in stock.
Please also be advised that while every effort is taken to try to ensure that the colouring, design and style of the John Lobb products in the photographs displayed on the Johnlobb.com website are representative of the original products, variations may occur due to technical restrictions of colour reproduction on your computer equipment. Accordingly, John Lobb shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of John Lobb products displayed on the Johnlobb.com website. If you have any questions about the products, you may of course contact our customer service by clicking on the hyperlink labelled "Customer Services".
John Lobb, reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning a prior order, or if John Lobb has reasonable cause to suspect that such customer has violated these Terms and Conditions, or is engaged in any fraudulent activity or for any other legitimate cause.
To ensure a best quality service and product availability, you may not order on the johnlobb.com website more than 9 items of the same reference number within a period of fifteen (15) calendar days.

Purchase - Avaibility
Our offers of products and prices are valid as they are on view on the johnlobb.com website, subject to products’ availability. In this purpose, instructions about the availability of the products will be given at the time of the ordering.
Exceptionally, errors or amendments could exist, especially in case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In case of unavailability of a product after ordering, you will be informed of that by email or by phone as soon as possible, and it will be proposed to you either to order another item shown on the johnlobb.com website in substitution or to cancel your order.
If you choose to cancel your order, you will be immediately refunded if your bank account has been debited.
John Lobb shall not be held liable in case of stock outage or unavailability of products.
John Lobb reserves the right to change at any time and without any previous notice the items proposed on the johnlobb.com website.
Purchase - Order Confirmation
At the end of the ordering procedure, you are invited to click on the “Proceed to payment” push button.
As from the moment of confirmation, your order is transmitted to John Lobb for treatment. Your order can not be amended or cancelled except in the expressly conditions provided for herein the Terms and Conditions of Sale or in conditions provided for the applicable law.
The confirmation of your order means your acceptance of the whole thereof Terms and Conditions of Sale.
You will be sent an order summary.
The data registered by johnlobb.com website establish the proof of the whole transaction operated between John Lobb and its customers. In case of dispute between John Lobb and one of its customers about a transaction made on the johnlobb.com website, the data registered by John Lobb shall be considered as an irrefutable proof of the content transaction.
Purchase - Price Payment
The prices of products are in US Dollars, exclusive of taxes. The amount of your order includes the delivery fees according to the chosen option (see “Shipping and delivery”).
John Lobb reserves the right to amend at anytime and without any previous notice the prices of the proposed products on the johnlobb.com website. The invoicing of the products is based on a price list posted on the johnlobb.com website at the time of the confirmation of your order, subject to the availability of the products ordered at this time.
Any order made through the johnlobb.com website has to be settled immediately after its confirmation.
We only accept the credit card and charge card payment.
You may not use the customer credit delivered by the John Lobb stores or the gift cards issued from the John Lobb stores for the purchasing of items on the johnlobb.com website.
All orders are payable in US Dollars. Accepted charge or credit cards are: MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®, and JCB®, bound to a bank account in the United States.
Your order will only be effective after the checking of your payment method and once John Lobb receives authorization to process your payment.
The debit of your charge or credit card is effective at the moment of your order shipment. In case of unavailability of some ordered items (see “Availability”), only the price and the carrying cost about available products will be debited.
Shipping and Delivery - Shipping costs
You will be asked to select the shipment method you would prefer as part of the order procedure.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery service you select:
Ground shipping $10
Please allow between three or seven working days between the date of the order and the date of the delivery.
Overnight shipping $30
Please note that the order must reach JL before 2 p.m (EST). It will be delivered the following working day.

We will inform you of the shipping costs for the shipment method you would have selected in the order summary displayed on the Johnlobb.com website before you confirm your order. This amount will be payable by you in addition to the price, including taxes, of the goods ordered.
Time required for delivery
During the ordering procedure, we will inform you of the time required for delivery and the various forms of delivery available for the products purchased.
However, John Lobb reserves the right to divide your order into part shipments. In this case, your charge card or credit card will be debited to the same way to correspond at the same prices of the effective delivered products. The shipping costs will only be invoiced for the products shipped and for a single shipment.
Delivery Time - Problems of delivery
Any failure to deliver or late delivery exceeding eight (8) business days should be reported to our customer services department as soon as possible. In order for your claim to be accepted, please notify us of it within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order.
You should check that your shipment is correct on delivery. If there are any discrepancies in your order when the products are delivered to you, you should note the nature of the potential discrepancy (e.g., open package, damaged products, etc.) by hand, if possible, on the delivery notice, and sign.
If the products do not conform to your order or you are not satisfied with them, you may return them, exchange them or request a refund according to the terms and conditions contained in the section entitled “Returns, Exchanges, Refunds"
Returns - Exchanges – Refunds
You are entitled to return any product ordered via the johnlobb.com website within the thirty (30) calendar days following the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging to the following address: John Lobb Los Angeles, South Coast Plaza, 3333 Bristol Street, Costa Mesa CA 92626. You must enclose the original receipt with your returns or a copy if you are returning part of your order. For items received as a gift obtained from the johnlobb.com website, you are only entitled to a product exchange.
If you exchange products, the shipping costs for the first delivery will not be refunded. However, you will not be charged for the shipping costs of the second delivery. Only one exchange by item will be honoured.
If you ask for a refund, John Lobb will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any refund will be made within seven (7) business days of receipt of the goods returned by crediting your charge or credit card. Under no circumstances will it be possible to grant you an electronic credit usable on the Johnlobb.com website, nor will the website issue a store credit for use in a John Lobb store.
All returns can be credited towards any other item or items available on the John Lobb website store.
In either case (exchange or refund), the shipping costs incurred in returning any replacement goods to you will be refunded if you were justified in returning the goods because they were not as ordered (e.g., product reference error, damaged goods, etc.).
John Lobb has sole discretion in determining whether the products are in original condition when returned to Johnlobb.com website.
John Lobb will not be responsible or liable if any item you wish to return to the Johnlobb.com website is lost, misdirected or delivered late, insofar as clients are supposed to bear the risks of the shipping they choose.
We do not currently exchange or allow refunds for products purchased in John Lobb stores via the johnlobb.com website.
To JOHN LOBB stores
Any product purchased (or received as a gift) from johnlobb.com may also be exchanged for a different product or for a store credit in a number of John Lobb stores within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Returns must be in their original condition and packaging
- You must provide the original receipt along with your returns, or a copy of the receipt if you are returning part of your order.
A list of John Lobb stores offering exchange can be found by clicking on the hyperlink "Points of Exchange" and is also printed at the back of the receipt issued.
The shipping costs for the first order of a product purchased online are not refund when you return the products (for exchange or client credit) to a John Lobb store.
The shipping costs of the first delivery of a product purchased on the johnlobb.com website will not be refunded when you return (for exchange or store credit) the product to a John Lobb store.
John Lobb stores do not offer refunds on any products purchased on the johnlobb.com website. Under no circumstances will it be possible to credit your charge or credit card. In order to ask for refund for a product purchased on johnlobb.com website by exercising your retraction rights, you have to follow the previous procedure entitled “to johnlobb.com”.

HERMES INTERNATIONAL operates the Johnlobb.com website and has granted John Lobb the right to sell a selection of John Lobb products over the Internet. JOHN LOBB, Inc. is the U.S. sales subsidiary of John Lobb and has its principal office at South Coast Plaza, 3333 Bristol Street, Costa Mesa CA 92626.
Security and Personal Data
All material on the johnlobb.com website (drawings, designs, illustrations, photographs, sound tracks, written text, logos, trademarks…) are the exclusive property of John Lobb and/or of the company Hermès International and/or any of its affiliates. You may not reproduce, by any means or process totally or in part, distribute, publish, transmit, create derivative works based on, modify or sell any such material contained on the johnlobb.com website.
