In selected luxury hotels around the world, dozens of butlers have been trained and certified by John Lobb in the rituals and techniques of shoe care, and offer their services to the discerning traveller.
A specially-designed leather polishing chair, created by Rena Dumas Architecture Intérieure, provides the centrepiece to this service.
